This Spicy Carrot Tops Hot Sauce surprised us with a unexpectedly tasty hot sauce. Earthy, slightly bitter, and packed with nutrients, they bring a fresh, garden-grown character that is entirely their own. Paired with ginger, garlic, and green onion for a clean, herbaceous foundation, and lifted with Hawaiian chili and Carolina Reaper for a confident medium heat, this is a sauce that turns something overlooked into something extraordinary.


Carrot Tops — far from scraps, carrot greens are rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, and chlorophyll. Traditionally used to support kidney health, detoxification, and blood cleansing. One of the most underappreciated greens in the garden.

 

Pairings
Great with grilled fish, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, and fresh salads. Stir into dressings, drizzle over eggs, or use as a marinade for poultry and seafood. Anywhere a fresh, herbal heat is welcome, this sauce belongs.
