Ours are. Every vinegar we craft is small-batch, raw, and unpasteurized - brewed slowly from island harvested fruits and botanicals, each one carrying the living signature of a specific season and place. No shortcuts. Just fruit, time, wild fermentation, and the unique vitality of Hawaiʻi Island. 

Our vinegar are rich in naturally occurring acids, enzymes, and living cultures that support digestion, nourish the body, and taste unlike anything you've encountered before. Every bottle of lacto-fermented hot sauce we make begins with our own in-house brewed vinegar - a practice almost unheard of in the hot sauce world.
