Just...One More Bite Hot Sauce layers fermented whole-fruit brightness over a crunchy vegetable base. The red pepper take it to another level while the sesame oil rounds everything into a silky, nutty, slightly roasty finish. The ogo (seaweed) brings a hint of oceanic, briny undertow that gives the sauce a little extra umami. This the kind of savoriness you expect from a sauce with twice as many ingredients.
