Persimmon XXX Hot Sauce

Persimmon XXX is a crowd favorite with it is bold, vibrant, and sweet heat. The XXX heat is intensified with Carolina Reaper and Hawaiian peppers, balanced with our house-made cacao-monstera vinegar, papaya vinegar, and guava-banana vinegar. 

Persimmons - full of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K & vitamin E antioxidant content and traditionally associated with digestive and cardiovascular support.

Wi -  high vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B-complex, potassium, folic acid,  carotenoids and phenolic compounds boosting the immune system and benefiting the skin health. 

Pairings
Drizzle over roasted root vegetables, grilled meats, or crispy tofu. Stir into stews, braises, or bean dishes for depth and heat. A few drops elevate eggs, avocado, or rich sauces, and it shines as a bold addition to marinades or tropical-inspired cocktails.
